Yes. On the surface, we might seem to be one of those skeezy “We Buy Houses!” companies that goes around and puts lawn signs everywhere that people love to double take. And it also doesn’t help that we buy homes with cash sometimes. So while the rep might be partially true (the “We Buy Houses for Cash” part), beneath the surface, we strive to be as un-skeezy as possible. 

We are a native real estate investment company in Sumter, SC tapping into local talent to rehab homes and ours is a dynamic and community-focused enterprise. By leveraging the skills and expertise of nearby contractors, artisans, and tradespeople, our company not only revitalizes homes but also strengthens the local economy.

Teaching student real estate investors requires breaking down complex concepts into digestible, practical lessons. We start with the fundamentals—understanding property types, market analysis, and financing options—while incorporating real-world examples to illustrate each point. We highly encourage hands-on learning through case studies, property visits, and mock investment scenarios, allowing students to apply theory to practice during our mentorship. Class is usually held first Tuesday of the month.
