We had the privilege of partnering up with the homeowner to get this downtown home sold for it's true worth. Even though it went through a similar transformation, we were able to play around with a different color palette and vibes. The kitchen has a practical and compact design, with a small bar area separating it from the living space. The wood-like vinyl flooring continues through this area, creating a cohesive look between rooms. There's also recessed lighting, adding a modern touch, and the kitchen leads into a hallway that connects to a laundry area .

When we finished 30 Oakview Dr., the neighbors aggresively urged us to acquire this property located across the street. Having stayed burnt and vacant for quite some time, we were able to convince the home seller to let it go. To this day, we feel like it was one of the best projects we have accomplished. The kitchen and bathrooms were designed and executed with elegant, modern style and the layout was made incredibly functional for the modern family. Once we finished this project, we saw the majority of neighborhood starting beautification projects to their own home.

Our first burnt house, ever! Shout out to our late contractor/friend, the late George Wilson, for suggesting the project.
